Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. The RN is responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently.

Licensed Practical Nurse

There is a wide range of services provided by an LPN. The LPN provides service in accordance with Agency policies and nursing standards of practice and assists the Registered Nurse in completing the physician’s plan of care for skilled services. The exact nature of the duties depends on the environment of the specific job although there are commonalities in all positions.

​Home Health Aide

Home Health & Personal Care Aides help people who are disabled, chronically ill, or cognitively impaired. They also help older adults who may need assistance. They help with activities such as bathing, dressing, and housekeeping.

Direct Care Professionals

Direct Care Workers are responsible for providing in-home personal care and daily living tasks as outlined by an Individual Service Plan of individuals receiving home care services. Non-medical personal care may include assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, general household activities and/or chores such as light housekeeping tasks, preparing meals, grocery shopping, and laundry.

 

Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist individuals who are disabled, chronically ill, or cognitively impaired. They may also help older adults who may need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Health maintenance activities as well as routine wellness services to ensure high-quality patient care is being provided to our consumers.
